I've been part of the fitness world my whole life and have been a personal trainer for over 7 years now. I take my job seriously, stay motivated, and always keep a positive attitude. I'm good at listening and motivating others. As a kid, I did sports like tennis, basketball, and swimming, but I found my passion in the gym. When I realized how much you can change your body with determination, clear goals, and a good trainer, I decided I wanted to help others do the same.
